漏れの家では、肉1キロ叩いてひき肉にして、小麦粉からスクラッチ で皮を作って家族総出で約300個の餃子を水餃子にして食べる。 家族総出で作るが、これより上手い餃子はない。 コツは、にらを餡子の上に山盛りにして少しづつ取って包むこと。 餡子のなかに韮を混ぜ込むと香りが弱まる。うちはにんにくは入れない。 醤油たれの中ににんにくを好みで入れる。餡子には大量の生姜を 入れている。
